Features

Everything a butchery runs on.

One system for the counter and the back office, set up for the way your trade actually sells.

By the kilo or by the shilling

Weigh 1.25 kg, or type "300 bob" and the till works out the weight. Both come off the same stock in kilos.

M-Pesa at the counter

STK prompt to the customer's phone or a till payment matched to the sale.

Keeps selling offline

When the internet drops the counter keeps selling, and the sales sync when it is back.

Hotels and restaurants on credit

Regular buyers get their own price per kilo, buy on credit and get invoices and statements.

Sausages and smokies by expiry

Processed goods leave first-expiry-first-out, and expired stock is blocked at the till.

KRA eTIMS

eTIMS invoices straight from the point of sale, with VAT and exempt items handled.

Selling meat

One side of beef, sold by weight or by money.

Stock is kept in kilos. 1 kg, 2.5 kg or "300 bob" all come off the same stock, at the right price for each customer.

  • Price per kilo set once
  • A hotel's own price per kilo
  • Weight worked out to the gram
  • Low-stock alerts per branch

Payments and compliance

Made for how your customers pay.

M-Pesa and eTIMS are part of the system, not add-ons you have to wire up yourself.

M-Pesa, connected to your till

Uses your own paybill or till number through Safaricom Daraja.

  • STK Push from the checkout screen
  • Till payments matched to the sale
  • Manual code entry as a fallback

KRA eTIMS

Tax invoices are handled from the point of sale, so compliance isn't a separate job.

  • eTIMS invoicing on sales
  • VAT report by period
  • Exports for your accountant

Keeps selling offline

The POS works in the browser and keeps going when the connection drops.

  • Sales saved on the device
  • Synced when you're back online

FAQ

Common questions.

Something else? Message us on WhatsApp.

Can a customer ask for "300 bob of meat"?

Yes. Type the amount and the till works out the weight at that customer's price per kilo. The line shows both, and stock goes down by the weight.

Does it keep working when the internet goes?

Yes. The counter keeps selling offline and the sales sync when the connection is back, so no sale is lost.

Can hotels and restaurants buy on credit?

Yes. Put them on a price list with their own price per kilo, sell on credit, and send invoices and statements. They can pay by M-Pesa.

I also run a grill or a bar. Is that one system?

Yes. When you start, tick everything you run. The butchery, grill and bar are one business with one stock list and one set of books.

How much does it cost?

From KES 1,500 a month for one shop, or buy the software once with yearly maintenance. See the plans and build your own quote on the pricing page.

What does the demo include?

A full business for 14 days with sample butcheries products. M-Pesa runs in sandbox mode and no real SMS is sent, so nothing you do in the demo costs money.
